Blastwash HF Stripper 25ltr

This product is a cold strip system. It was one of the quickest strippers on the market and can strip a wheel as quickly as 10 minutes depending on the paint spec. We have supplied this product now to hundreds of companies across the UK, Europe & worldwide for the remanufacturing of Alloy Wheels. It is designed to remove powder coating finishes, including primer, colour and lacquer (both polyester and acrylic).

This is also suitable for removing all 2k paint finishes.

Due to the nature of the product and how aggressive and quick the chemical is this must be used with the correct PPE and handled correctly in Every Circumstance. The product is supplied with an MSDS sheet and we can give training on how to use the product correctly and supply the PPE for safe use.

It is advised that this product is used in a well ventilated area with the correct breathing mask. If used in a closed environment it is necessary to use an air fed mask with the correct filters and with the correct gauntlets, face shield, apron and boots. If you are using a stripping room, it must have LIP extraction to comply with the latest HSE Directives.

The product can be packed in 25 litre containers, 200 litre containers and 1000 litre IBC's.
